Currently this is only valid for US Amateurs and CWOP/APRSWXNET members. If you are a foreign ham and contribute data to CWOP/APRSWXNET it should allow you to sign up. Otherwise you will need to contact me to setup an account manually as I have no way of checking foreign callsigns automatically.
